Full job description

As the dedicated Talent Acquisition partner for MoMo’s AI & Data organization, you will own end-to-end hiring and advise leaders on workforce needs, talent quality, and market availability. This is a hands-on role combining recruitment delivery, strategic sourcing, and long-term pipeline development for critical AI and Data capabilities.

  • Recruitment Partnership

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across AI, machine learning, data science, data engineering, analytics, AI infrastructure, and related functions;

  • Translate business and capability needs into clear hiring priorities and practical talent strategies;

  • Assess candidates beyond their CVs and provide hiring managers with clear, evidence-based recommendations;

  • Maintain visibility of hiring progress, risks, and decisions while constructively challenging requirements when needed;

  • Talent Intelligence and Pipeline Development

  • Build talent maps and proactive pipelines for critical and emerging AI & Data roles;

  • Provide market insights on talent availability, candidate expectations, competitor activity, and evolving capabilities;

  • Develop early-career pipelines through universities, internships, research partnerships, and selected campus programs;

  • Build relationships with professional communities, researchers, alumni, and Vietnamese AI & Data talent overseas to support referrals, engagement, and potential rehires;

  • Partner with internal leaders on relevant technical events, community initiatives, and talent content. Yêu cầu công việc

  • 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including complex technology hiring and strong exposure to AI, Data, or related domains;

  • Strong understanding of the technology talent market and the ability to assess technical profiles credibly;

  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders;

  • Experience building talent pipelines through sourcing, communities, universities, referrals, or alumni networks;

  • Practical experience applying AI in recruitment workflows; exposure to automation or process optimization is a plus;

  • Established networks within Vietnam’s technology or AI talent market are highly valued;

  • Good English communication skills.
