? About the Role
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Educational Services (BCBA-ES) plays a key role in supporting students with academic and behavioral needs. You’ll conduct behavioral evaluations, design and implement intervention plans, and provide training and consultation to school staff. As a clinical teacher, you’ll observe, assess, and guide educational and behavioral service delivery to ensure students receive high-quality, evidence-based support.
?? What You’ll Do
-
Provide behavioral consultation to educators and support teams
-
Conduct behavioral evaluations and functional assessments
-
Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
-
Offer training and coaching to school staff
-
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
-
Collaborate with the Behavior Program Manager (Amy Schack) for supervision and role clarity
-
Maintain compliance with district, state, and professional standards
?? Minimum Requirements
-
Current BCBA certification (BACB)
-
Master’s degree in ABA , Education , Psychology , or related field
-
Preferred experience providing ABA services in school settings

One year of pediatric experience preferred
-
CPR certification (if applicable)
-
TB test or chest X-ray (as required)

Health certificate (as required)

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

- Local BCBA Rate: $80/hour
