A physical Therapist - Clinic Manager position combines the clinical responsibilities of a licensed physical therapist with the administrative duties of managing a physical therapy clinic, overseeing staff, patient scheduling, operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care while adhering to regulatory standards.
Physical Therapist - Clinic Manager Our client is seeking a Center Manager to lead a team of physical and occupational therapists. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment, ensure clinical excellence, and manage daily operations to drive profitability and achieve strategic goals.
The center manager will be splitting time between treating patients and managing the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:

Create a positive workplace culture to boost team morale and retention.

Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Assist in budget development and strategic planning, focusing on achieving referral and marketing goals.

Manage physician, payer, and customer relationships.

Oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
