Medical Assistant

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant in Mission Hills, California! This role is onsite . Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Six-month Contract. Possibility of an extension

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Pay: $22.00 to $24.30 per hour

Location: Mission Hills, CA 91345

Responsibilities for this Certified Medical Assistant include:

• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits.

• Obtain and document patient vital signs accurately.

• Administer injections and perform blood draws as needed.

• Complete patient charting and documentation in the electronic medical record system.

• Manage clinical tasking and assist providers with daily patient care needs.

• Support providers during examinations and procedures.

• Answer patient phone calls and assist with patient communication.

• Provide excellent patient care while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Current Medical Assistant Certification required.

• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience required.

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn and navigate electronic medical record systems.

• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.30 per hour
