Position Description
The wireless engineering team is a group of highly motivated and talented RF Engineers who have a passion for deploying the network infrastructure to achieve best in class network services to our customers.
With the advent of 5G, you will have the opportunity to work with peer RF Engineers to design the network while leveraging your automation, data science, and machine learning skills.
Responsibilities

Using RF propagation modelling, you will develop novel techniques to simulate wireless coverage supporting the evolution of our networks (5G and IoT)

Collaborating with internal teams like Technology Strategy and Product Development to understand new technologies and services to prepare our team to succeed in an evolving business environment

Lead the implementation of wireless capacity augments, you will build working processes with performance and construction teams to drive improvements in customer experience

Developing dashboards and data visualizations you will provide insight into network performance that can be shared with executives, peer groups and tools that are implemented in customer portals

Keeping up-to-date with software, data science, and RF technologies while proposing new ideas for platforms and tools
Qualifications
-
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
-
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering
-
4-years minimum experience in Radio-Frequency engineering
-
Knowledge of 3GPP (LTE/UMTS/HSPA) radio access network design, optimization and capacity engineering

Understanding of databases and big data including MySQL, NoSQL databases, SPLUNK, Python and Alteryx
