About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with 3+ years’ post qualification experience to join our fast-growing company as Finance Manager in a Controllership role. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, implementing robust financial controls, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.
The charter for this role will include:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Implement proper day-to-day accounting process per the accounting standards.

Preparation of monthly cross charge among group companies and ensure compliance of transfer pricing.

Preparation of intangible capitalization workings on a monthly and YTD basis o Ensure revenue accrual & assurance and cost accrual with back up workings.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities and managing audits.

Ensure financial hygiene, perform ageing review, ensure recoverability of assets and prudence for liability and accruals.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, highlighting any discrepancies or variances.

Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular checks to identify and mitigate financial risks.

Monitoring monthly tax compliance (GST, TDS and other statutes)

Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's liquidity and financial stability.
Ideal Persona would:

Be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years post qualification experience.

Have proven experience in a similar Controllership or Finance Manager role.

Have knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, GST, Income tax and regulatory compliance.

Be detail-oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Be proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
