Full job description
Ambition Needs a Place to Grow.
At Playtika, we create mobile games enjoyed by millions worldwide.
Combining the scale of a public company (NASDAQ: PLTK) with the speed and ownership of a startup, we are a global leader where innovation, data, and creativity shape the future of entertainment.
Here, your ideas matter, your decisions impact products, and your growth is supported across global studios.
Bring your hunger where it belongs: at the front of the pack.
Responsibilities:
- Animation Production: Create UI, in-game, art elements and prop animations from concept to final implementation using Spine.
- On new features, plan and produce the animations assigned to you, working with the PM, designer, and developers to implement them in the right engine (Unity, Spine, 3D, or After Effects).
- Explore how AI tools can speed up your process and improve animation quality.
- Communicate closely with tech artists, stakeholders, and development teams throughout production to make sure your animations integrate seamlessly into the game.
- Quality: Make sure your animations meet the studio's quality bar and artistic vision, staying coherent with the game's animation style and creative direction.
- Take part in review sessions, incorporate feedback, and iterate on your work until it's ready to ship.
- Ownership: Own the studio's animation process day to day — planning your own work, flagging risks early, and keeping the Art and Product Directors updated on progress.
- Collaboration & Research: Take part in the studio's efforts to learn from other Playtika studios and bring good practices into your own work.
