Job Duties
Quality Technician
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspection of precision machine parts including reading blueprints, material specification,
and interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances.
Creation and ownership of inspection and quality reports.
Understand and adhere to the processes compliant with the Quality Management
Systems and ISO 9001:2015.
Complete first article inspection and documentation as instructed or needed.
Using inspection measurement tools, analyze and resolve process and machinery issue
that impact performance.
Discuss inspection results with machinist.
Assist with administration of the calibration system.
Monitor quality performance of rejects, scrap, rework and implement improvements.
Conduct final inspection audit of completed parts.
Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
