As a Participant Service Professional, you’ll answer inbound calls from stock plan participants, providing clear, empathetic guidance and personalized solutions. You’ll educate participants on their stock plans, assist with transactions for options, restricted stock, ESPPs, and more, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Through structured training, coaching, and hands-on experience, you’ll build expertise in financial services and gain skills for a rewarding career. We’ll support you from day one with paid training in the Schwab Service Academy, helping you earn your SIE and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Availability to work on-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM during Schwab’s training program.

Flexibility to work various shifts after training, Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.

Preferred Qualifications include

FINRA Series 7, 63 preferred or must be obtained as a condition of employment.

Previouscustomer service and/or client relationship experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
