Job Description
An employer in the Permian area is looking for a Construction Representative. The selected candidate will support civil and pipeline projects. The Representative is responsible for ensuring safety, quality and efficiency standards are adhered to during all project activities. The Representatives work with the Engineering and Operations groups to coordinate project work to reduce downtime and associated production losses. Representatives are expected to actively participate in project design as well project execution phases.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of construction oversight, inspection, or field supervision experience.

Experience supporting oil & gas facilities, gathering systems, pipelines, compression stations, production facilities, or related energy infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Experience overseeing contractor crews and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital reporting tools.
