Grain Mill Operator / Laborer – Genoa, NY

Maybury Farms LLC / Genoa Commodities is a family-owned feed and grain operation committed to safety, quality, and growth. We are looking for a hands-on Mill & Grain Operator with mechanical and welding skills to join our team.
What You’ll Do
-
Operate and maintain mill equipment and heavy machinery
-
Perform welding (MIG, TIG, ARC), repairs, and preventive maintenance
-
Receive, store, and manage grain according to facility flow plans
-
Load feed and grain into trucks; coordinate with drivers and dispatch
-
Climb ladders and work at heights to check bins and equipment
-
Keep production records, assist with inventory, and follow safety standards
-
Perform site upkeep, groundskeeping, and cleanup as needed
-
All other duties as requested
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience in feed/grain operations, farming, or food production (preferred)

Welding skills: MIG, TIG, ARC (required)

Mechanical troubleshooting skills

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights

Comfortable with dusty, noisy, outdoor environments

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
