Job Duties
This is a full-time, 2nd shift (Monday to Thursday from 4:30pm - 3:00am) , on-site role as a Secondary Operator (performing mainly Laser Marking) located in Maple Plain, MN. The Secondary Operator will be responsible for performing tasks, ensuring quality control, operating and maintaining various equipment, adhering to production schedules, and collaborating with the team to meet production goals.
Proficiency in quality control procedures and standards
Ability to adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines
Collaboration and team-working skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Minimum Education Required
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
