Role Summary and Impact
To support our Trading team and help undertake administrative duties across all of our client accounts.
It is fast-paced and challenging, but you will always be supported, and your achievements and efforts will be celebrated. At WPP Media OOH, we promote from within so this could be your next step towards becoming our next Account Director.
Overview of Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities, and Duties

Inputting campaigns onto our bespoke Aureus system
-
Assist the team with Optioning and Booking campaigns
-
Update internal databases as required
-
Begin to build good rapport and relationships with Media Owners
-
Undertake location mapping using our online tool
-
Undertake general campaign support during and afterwards
-
Develop knowledge of processes on specific ‘patch’
-
Creating a bespoke weekly update for agency planning teams
-
Collate and share Media Owner information
-
Takes responsibility for escalating challenges and issues that may arise
-
Developing understanding of OOH sector
-
Grows industry knowledge through internal training, attending seminars, industry events and media owner presentations

Comfortable with learning new IT systems and online tools – quick to learn
