The candidate will be responsible for executing laboratory experiments, developing synthetic routes, optimizing chemical processes, and supporting technology transfer for custom synthesis projects. Key Responsibilities

Execute multi-step organic synthesis for customer projects.

Perform route scouting, reaction optimization, impurity profiling, and process development.

Develop scalable and cost-effective synthetic routes.

Handle reactions from milligram to kilogram scale.

Analyze reaction progress using HPLC, GC, TLC, LC-MS, NMR, and other analytical techniques.

Maintain laboratory notebooks (ELN/LNB) and prepare technical reports.

Conduct literature searches using SciFinder, Reaxys, patents, and scientific journals.

Support technology transfer and scale-up activities.

Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, GMP/GLP practices, and SOPs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Engineering, Analytical, Procurement, and Manufacturing. Eligibility

Experience: 2–4 years in Organic Synthesis / Process R&D / Custom Synthesis

Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry (Preferred) / M.Pharm (Medicinal Chemistry)
