Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Williamsport, PA & Surrounding Areas
Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $17–$25/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Williamsport and surrounding areas. As a DSP, you will help individuals live more independently, participate in their communities, and build meaningful life skills. What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence. Responsibilities include:

Building positive, supportive relationships

Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks

Supporting individuals in community activities, employment, and social engagement

Encouraging independence and helping individuals learn new skills

Supporting communication and use of adaptive tools

Promoting health, safety, and emotional well-being

Communicating with families, team members, and support professionals

Completing documentation and maintaining schedules

Participating in ongoing training and development

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing support.
Pay & Signing Bonus
Starting Pay: $17–$25/hour
Signing Bonus: $1,000 paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
