Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Attendant / Garage Maintenance Associate to support the daily operations of a parking facility in Westwood. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests while ensuring the parking garage remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Pay: $18.50 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: Saturday - Tuesday 3:00pm - 11:30pm (Only 32 Hours)

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Assist customers with parking-related questions, directions, and general inquiries.

Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Monitor garage conditions and report safety hazards or maintenance issues.

Maintain cleanliness throughout the parking facility, including entrances, stairwells, elevators, parking areas, and common spaces.

Remove trash and debris and perform routine cleaning tasks as needed.

Support traffic flow and assist customers entering and exiting the garage.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Previous customer service, parking, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
