Job Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor – Nights for our Mechanicsburg, PA retort plant, where we produce dairy-based coffee beverages. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can develop technicians, solve complex equipment issues, and drive results in safety, quality, and production performance.

Shift: 6:30 pm – 6:30 am (2/2/3 rotation)

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians to meet safety, quality, and cost goals

  • Schedule work, prioritize tasks, and optimize staffing for 24/7 operations

  • Train, coach, and develop team members to build strong technical capabilities

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive root cause solutions

  • Partner closely with production to improve communication and efficiency

  • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and equipment improvements

Requirements

What you bring/Job requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of industrial manufacturing experience

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, motor controls

  • Experience with processing/packaging equipment and control systems (Allen-Bradley a plus)

  • Experience with HTST/UHT heat treatment processes is a plus

  • Leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong working relationships

  • SAP experience preferred
