Successful candidates bring Entity-Level Target Development Experience, F2T2EA Kill Chain Expertise, and TS/SCI Clearance. Important skills include Targeting, Sensor To Shooter, Kill Chain Modernization, TTP Development, Training Solutions Development, and Training Scenario Design. Preferred (not required): Maven Smart Systems, Umami, COGNOS, and KATANA.

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Targeting SME to join our F3I-3 Sensor to Shooter Training Team to drive Kill Chain modernization. This role provides on-site support to assist in development and refinement of TTPs and the training solutions necessary for theater Commanders to outpace adversaries and respond to high-priority threats in time-critical environments.

Responsibilities:

  • This person will serve as an onsite targeting/Sensor to Shooter SME and trainer at the 363 ISRW for Kill Chain modernization efforts and initiatives, including Sensor to Shooter concepts and tools identified supporting Joint Force Air Component Commander (JFACC) objectives.

  • Support the AF Targeting Enterprise in introducing and maturing new TTPs to deliver dynamic federated targeting data.

  • Trainer assesses, designs, and conceptualizes training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state-of-the-art technologies related to training.

  • Provide training and SME support for applying Sensor-to-shooter methodologies to the dynamic targeting kill chain and associated toolsets. These are subject to change based on site training priorities and may include Maven Smart Systems, Umami, COGNOS and KATANA.

  • The core competencies include providing site-specific training and curriculum development, workflow improvement, and customer outreach.

  • Conduct on-site or virtual hands-on training sessions on site-selected F2T2EA tools and implementation of TTPs to enhance operational readiness and response and mirror real-world operations

  • Coordinate with local and enterprise subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, applicability, and currency of training materials with operational practices and standards.

Provide SME support to exercises and test events.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience with entity-level Target Development and associated tools.

  • Operational expertise in the F2T2EA Kill Chain, Joint Targeting Cycle, and Air Tasking Cycle

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

Desired:

  • Have a deep understanding of data interoperability between the AOC, DGS, and the federated targeting enterprise.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining proactive communication and effective collaboration, with geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary teams, across multiple locations and time zones.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $73,800-$155,100
