Overview
The Project Controls Lead is responsible for overseeing planning, cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk management activities for mining projects.
Responsibilities

Lead all project controls functions including cost, schedule, risk, and reporting.

Develop and maintain project controls systems and procedures.

Monitor project performance against approved budgets and schedules.

Perform forecasting, variance analysis, and trend reporting.

Support project governance and decision-making processes.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field.

10+ years of project controls experience in mining, EPCM, or major capital projects.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Proficiency in project controls software and reporting systems.
