Donation Center Attendant

About the Role

As a Donation Center Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for community members who are donating goods. You play a vital role in creating a positive donor experience while supporting and sharing Goodwill's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and thank donors in a friendly, professional manner

  • Accept donated merchandise and issue donor tax receipts as requested

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation center

  • Follow Goodwill policies and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to wear a company uniform, including an identification badge

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to perform physical duties such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stair climbing

  • Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and indoors in a heated trailer office

  • Background check required
