Overview

We’re hiring Material Handlers for our industrial manufacturing and warehouse facility.

This is a forklift-driven role supporting production by moving raw materials, replenishing manufacturing lines, transporting finished goods, and maintaining accurate inventory throughout the plant. You’ll spend much of your day operating forklifts, scanning inventory with handheld scanners, using SAP to complete inventory transactions, and ensuring materials are exactly where production needs them.

It’s a great opportunity for dependable forklift operators who enjoy staying active throughout the day. You’ll play a direct role in keeping production running efficiently while working in a stable manufacturing environment with long-term opportunities for growth.

  • Full-time Direct Hire Position Hiring on 1st and 2nd Shift

  • 1st Shift: M-F

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Operate Forklifts: Move materials safely throughout production and warehouse areas.
  • Scan Inventory: Record all material movements using handheld scanners.
  • Stock Production: Deliver materials to keep manufacturing lines supplied.
  • Pull Orders: Pick materials accurately from warehouse inventory.
  • Stage Shipments: Prepare finished products for outbound shipping.
  • Verify Inventory: Label and store materials in correct warehouse locations.
  • Inspect Equipment: Complete daily forklift and equipment inspections.
  • Support Operations: Assist production and warehouse teams as needed. Requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • Previous forklift operating experience

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Basic computer skills

  • Comfortable using handheld scanners

  • Basic math and counting skills

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Willing to work overtime and weekends Preferred

  • Forklift certification

  • Sit-down forklift experience

  • Stand-up forklift experience

  • SAP inventory experience

  • Warehouse inventory experience

  • Manufacturing material handling experience

  • Shipping and receiving experience
