About the Role
We’re hiring a dependable Lawn Care Lead Hand to support daily operations and help keep lawn maintenance routes running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Perform lawn care services on residential and commercial properties (mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing)
Assist with route efficiency and daily job flow
Support the crew leader with task direction and productivity
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Perform basic landscaping work (mulching, trimming, clean-ups)
Help train and support newer team members
Follow safety procedures and proper equipment use
Schedule & Work Expectations
4 day work week, weather depending (April-Oct; Oct-April, schedule is based on snow and ice events)
Long days (8-12 hour)
Work is completed outside in a variety of weather
Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum Experience Required
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual (critical for this role)
Some experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor work preferred
Comfortable operating mowing equipment
Able to work outdoors for extended periods (8–12 hours/day)
Able to lift 50–60 lbs regularly
Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
Ages 18+
Able to obtain a DOT card (clean drug test and good health)
Willingness to take initiative and support crew leadership
