About the role

Group Class Instructor | Philadelphia, PA

HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic Group Class Instructor to lead 2 classes per week at our corporate client site in Center City Philadelphia , conveniently located near 30th Street Station.

Schedule (Monday-Thursday):

• Mornings: 7:00 AM & 8:00 AM OR

• Evenings: 4:30 PM & 5:15 PM

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as Cycle/Spin, HIIT, Bootcamp, Strength & Conditioning, Pilates.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $40 - $45 per class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
