What you´ll do

  • Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in the Albert systems

  • Provide technical support to customer and analyze results after product release

  • Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations

  • Actively participate in scientific publications and forums & present technical work internally and externally

  • Develop innovative products and technologies by maintaining a strong understanding of customer needs, emerging market trends, and scientific advancements

  • Collaborate & support, product management, production and sourcing teams to develop new products and nurture current product lines through product development process

  • Contribute to the generation of intellectual property including patents, publications, and other innovative technologies

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize processes towards customer requirements.

  • This is an onsite role, selected candidates will be working in the facility 5 days a week unless traveling 5-10% to a customer, vendor, or conference

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or equivalent, from four-year college or university. Master's or Ph.D. strongly preferred

  • 3-5 years of related chemistry industry experience

  • Able to work independently on a defined project and manage multiple project activities

  • Able to set up experiments and perform standard characterization testing on formulations

The salary range for this role is$85,000.00 and $110,000.00.This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
