? Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs

? Develop and implement IEP goals and educational plans

? Create a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment

? Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams

? Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed

? Support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development

? Maintain compliance with educational and professional standards

? Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred

• Valid Arizona Teaching Certification required

• Special Education Certification preferred

• Minimum one year of teaching experience preferred

• Elementary, Secondary, or Special Education certification preferred

• Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement preferred

• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills

• Current CPR certification and health requirements as applicable

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred

• Valid state teaching certificate as required by state, contract/district regulations

• Minimum of one year experience in teaching environment preferred

• State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Elementary Teaching preferred

• State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Secondary Teaching preferred

• State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Special Teaching preferred

• Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
