Full job description

Description We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to guide brand growth for a consumer products organization in Avondale, Pennsylvania. This role partners closely with executive leadership to shape marketing direction, strengthen customer engagement, and support revenue-focused initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate brings a balance of planning, creativity, and analytical thinking, along with the ability to turn business goals into effective campaigns and scalable marketing practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and carry out multi-channel marketing plans that support company objectives, brand visibility, and sales growth.

  • Identify the most effective acquisition and awareness channels, then allocate efforts toward the highest-value opportunities.

  • Build product positioning, launch plans, and go-to-market messaging for new and existing offerings in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including email programs, paid media efforts, and campaign performance analysis to improve results over time.

  • Direct social media strategy and content priorities while providing day-to-day guidance to the Social Media Coordinator.

  • Develop and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, agencies, and other external partners to expand reach and engagement.

  • Maintain the marketing calendar, coordinate campaign timelines, and ensure consistent execution across channels and customer touchpoints.

  • Track key performance indicators, prepare performance updates, and use data-driven insights to refine strategy and recommend growth opportunities.

  • Establish repeatable marketing processes and infrastructure that can support the continued expansion of the organization and team. Requirements • At least 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with increasing responsibility for strategy and execution.

  • Background in consumer products or a related sector such as beauty, lifestyle, fashion, retail, or toys is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, customer acquisition, email campaigns, and paid advertising.

  • Experience leading integrated campaigns and supporting successful product introductions or launches.

  • Ability to convert business priorities into clear marketing initiatives, messaging, and measurable outcomes.

  • Solid analytical skills with experience evaluating campaign data and using insights to improve performance.

  • Excellent communication, copywriting, project management, and organizational abilities.

  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, influencers, or other external marketing partners is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
