Team Leader, 2nd Shift Shift: 2nd Shift Location: York, PA Pay: $24.72 - $30.30 +($1.50 Shift Premium)

We’re looking for a motivated Team Lead to guide our assembly operations and inspire excellence every day.

What You’ll Do As a key player in our plant operations, you’ll:

  • Lead and Inspire : Assign tasks, coach team members, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Drive Results : Ensure goals in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity are met or exceeded.
  • Optimize Workflow : Adjust work assignments based on priorities and availability, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Support Your Team : Provide tools, materials, and guidance to help your team succeed.
  • Champion Safety & Quality : Conduct audits, enforce PPE use, and maintain high standards.
  • Problem-Solve Proactively : Tackle challenges with urgency and ownership, escalating when needed.
  • Maintain Excellence : Uphold 5S standards and ensure proper housekeeping in all work areas.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in industrial air handler production
  • Strong understanding of safety policies and quality standards
  • Ability to read tape measures and interpret technical specifications
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production schedules and task assignments
  • Monitor team progress and resolve employee relations issues
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and productive work environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Moderate noise level typical of a manufacturing setting
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, and use hands
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and kneeling
