Our Nurse Manager for the ICU/IMCU -

Manage, lead, and support the staff members of the units, promoting safe nursing practice and intervening as needed.

Maintain operational aspects of the unit including participating in budget preparation, monitoring resources.

Collaborate with human resources to hire and evaluate staff and resolve issues.
-
Attend management meetings and participate on departmental committees.
-
Serve as a clinical and technical resource and role model for staff, applying knowledge to daily practice.
What you'll bring:

Passion for Critical Care
-
5+ years of clinical experience with demonstrated clinical expertise/leadership skills

Must have previous Critical Care and Managerial experience

Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required, Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

Licensure: NYS Registered Nurse License
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Salary Range
USD $133,870.00 - USD $160,665.00 /Yr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
