Job Duties
Compliance Technician - Litchfield, MN
Role Description/Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining compliance standards at the assigned facility as well as helping with various other house-hand responsibilities when necessary while following all company rules and related regulations. This position will require working some weekends.
Essential Job Functions – Must be able to perform these tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.

Ensure compliance with all company humane animal care policies and procedures

Maintain accurate and legible paperwork

Take blood and serum samples from live birds in accordance with the regulations and company procedures
-
Accurately weighing live birds and complete associated reports
-
Service various forms of pest related bait stations and pest traps
-
Service, monitor, and maintain fly traps
-
Accurately swab litter belts in accordance with regulations and company procedures
-
Maintain all disinfectant foot pans in accordance with regulations and company procedures
Other Responsibilities

Remove deceased birds

Help with other farm responsibilities

Help with cleaning the facility as needed

Help with house duties as assigned
