How You’ll Make an Impact

Individualcontributor role focused on business development and sales growth withincontrols, automation systems, and rotating equipment solutions.

50–70% domestictravel required to meet customers, stakeholders, and build strong clientrelationships.

Identify anddevelop upgrade opportunities for existing steam turbines and generators,driving new sales and market expansion.

Partner withClient Managers to assess customer equipment challenges, needs, andbusiness goals, then recommend tailored solutions.

Serve as theprimary customer-facing resource, providing expert guidance on control andautomation systems while maintaining CRM/Salesforce updates.

Manage thesales pipeline and market awareness, creating a strong sales funnel andcollaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic growthinitiatives
What YouBring

A bachelor’sdegree in a related field is required; a degree in Electrical, Controls,Automation Engineering or a related Engineering field is preferred.

Minimum of 8years’ combined experience with sales/business development and Controlsand Automation Systems is required; Candidates with more experience may beeligible for a more senior level role.

Strategicorientation with detailed knowledge of controls and automation products,services, and markets is required.

Willingness totravel domestically is required.

Experience withcontrol systems for rotating equipment sales and/or capital projectbusiness development is a plus.

Familiar withindustrial compressors, including an understanding of compressorperformance and application principles is preferred.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
