Safely transports patients todepartmentsandfor discharge.

UseEpicTransport Tracking system independently.

Maintainspaceof 2.5-3.5 jobs/hour (goal: 3).

Meets time standards: in progress 9 min. Complete 9 min.

Reports delays within 2 minutes; minimizes downtime.

Ensures "Ticket to Ride" isaccurateand signed.

Assistswithequipment,rounding,and other assigned tasks.

Properly usesand returns all transport equipment.

Maintainsclean, safe environment.

Responds to hospital codes per policy.

Follows dress code and attendance standards.

Reports condition changes to nursing staffand protects patient confidentiality.

Maintains BLS certification and attends training.

Complies withBHSCorporate Responsibility Program.

Follows hospital safety guidelines andparticipatesin drills.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification isrequired. If not already certified, applicants must obtain BLS within1stweek of hire.
