Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Warehouse Specialist II to join a leading high-volume advanced manufacturing organization in the Greater Phoenix area. This individual will be responsible for supporting outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment execution while maintaining inventory accuracy across warehouse and production areas. The ideal candidate will have experience managing outbound shipments, utilizing warehouse management systems, and coordinating closely with production, planning, logistics, and transportation teams to ensure materials and finished goods are delivered efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong potential for long-term growth and conversion. The Warehouse Specialist II will support daily outbound shipping operations, coordinate shipment schedules, verify inventory accuracy, prepare shipping documentation, and ensure materials are processed through the warehouse efficiently. This person will utilize WMS, TMS, and ERP systems to manage inventory transactions, track shipments, and maintain accurate records. They will work closely with production, logistics, and transportation teams to resolve shipping issues, investigate inventory discrepancies, and ensure customer delivery requirements are met. Additional responsibilities include cycle counting, inventory audits, compliance with safety procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse operations and material flow.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of outbound shipping experience within a large manufacturing environment
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Experience working within ERP systems
Experience coordinating shipments, inventory movements, and logistics operations
Fluent in both Korean and English Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
Experience in automotive, semiconductor, battery, electronics, aerospace, or other advanced manufacturing environments
Forklift certification and material handling equipment experience
Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, and process improvement initiatives
Previous lead, coordinator, or specialist-level warehouse experience
