Job Duties

What You'll Do

Communicate regularly with tenants, applicants, vendors, and contractors

Show available properties and assist with move-ins and move-outs

Coordinate maintenance requests and property repairs

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Enforce lease requirements and property regulations

Work closely with teammates to ensure quality housing services

Respond to tenant concerns and help identify solutions

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and compliance requirements
