Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an IBM BAW (BPM) Administrator for their Riverwoods, IL/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using IBM BPM.

  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize business workflows.

  • Monitor and maintain WebSphere application server to ensure high availability and performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IBM BPM/BAW and WebSphere application server.

  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • IBM BPM

  • BAW Administration

  • IBM BAW on OpenShift Platform

  • WebSphere application server

  • Apache webserver

  • Overall, 7-9 years of experience in IBM BPM / BAW Administration.

  • Experience in IBM BPM/BAW Installation, Configuration, Support and Troubleshooting including Process/Workflow Center, Process/Workflow Server both Non-PROD & PROD.

  • Knowledge of Apache webserver configuration and maintenance, Database skills on Oracle to support product databases for IBM BPM / BAW.

  • Experience in Infra Capacity Assessment for BAW & forecasting database growth, BPM Purging Activities and BPM Indexing.

  • Should be good in deploying IBM BAW on OpenShift Platform.

  • Should have strong knowledge in BAW Admin roles like BPMN Snapshot deployments, BPM Instance Purging, SSL/TLS Certs Renewal on Apache.

  • Should be good in remediating security vulnerabilities for BPM / BAW infrastructure.

  • Working knowledge of Linux and scripting skills
