Roles and Responsibilities:

• An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state

• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services

• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals

• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars

• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management

• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude

• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships

• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas Part-time. We are looking for a flexible candidate who lives close to our Lehi Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. The position involves performing 8 to 12 facials per week, with hours varying based on booking demand.
