What You'll Do

✅ Apply fiberglass matting and resin to molds using hand layup and lamination techniques.

✅ Use rollers and specialized tools to remove air pockets and ensure proper bonding.

✅ Mix resins and catalysts according to specifications

✅ Trim, grind, and finish fiberglass components for final assembly.

✅ Inspect completed parts for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy.

✅ Follow safety procedures while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous fiberglass, composite, boat-building, manufacturing, construction, automotive body, or related experience is a plus

  • Ability to use hand and power tools

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work with a team throughout the shift

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
