About Flow Flow Engineering is an AI-native requirements platform for modern engineering organizations, enabling hardware teams to collaborate with AI agents to design, validate, and evolve complex systems with speed and rigor.
What You’ll Do

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more

Screen inbound applicants and conduct initial screens to assess fit and interest

Coordinate and schedule your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines
About You 3 - 6 years of recruiting experience. Your strengths:
