About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and providing customized bath remodeling solutions.
This is a high-performance outside sales role where you will use advanced technology to design, present, and close deals in the home.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system

Design customized bath solutions for homeowners in real time

Present pricing and close sales during appointments

Participate in weekly sales training to improve skills and performance

Deliver a high-quality customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Prior experience in home improvement or in-home sales is highly preferred

Background in bathroom remodeling, construction, or similar industries is a plus

Reliable transportation and local residency required

Confident presenter with strong objection-handling skills

Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building ability
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance, experience, and drive.
