Full job description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania

Type: Contract To Hire

Pay Rate: $23.00-$25.00/hour

Hours: 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday-Friday with every other Thursday or Friday off

Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, moving, staging, and shipping products accurately and safely. This role helps keep inventory organized, orders fulfilled on time, and the warehouse clean and efficient through consistent material handling, quality checks, and adherence to operational and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities

  • Pick, pack, stage, and distribute products in accordance with company procedures

  • Accurately receive, store, and track inventory using Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems

  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy

  • Operate warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks

  • Ensure products are labeled, stored, and handled according to regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate shipments and work with carriers to ensure timely deliveries

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant warehouse environment

  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • HS degree, or BS degree

  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience

  • GDP (Good Distribution Practice) experience is a must

  • GMP or quality-regulated warehouse experience is a plus

  • Experience with shipping and receiving operations

  • Forklift operating experience (certification not required)

  • Inventory control and material handling experience

  • Experience utilizing Oracle, SAP, or a similar ERP system

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Cold chain, temperature-controlled storage, or refrigerated warehouse experience
