Full job description
Our client in Alma, MI, is seeking a Production Team Member to join their team. As a Production Team Member, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly or upholstery processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Team Member
Location: ALMA, MI
Pay Range: $18 an hour
Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday (Saturday can be scheduled for overtime)
What's the Job?

Available jobs include: Upholstery Production operator or General Labor - Assembly Line.

Operate equipment and machinery to fabricate furniture components

Read job travelers and engineered drawings to ensure accurate production

Fabricate furniture parts according to specifications and quality standards

Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work overtime as needed
