As a member of our Worldwide Product Marketing group, you’ll lead a team that generates data-driven and AI powered customer insights to support key product management decisions. With your team you’ll define analytical frameworks, identify product opportunities, and translate complex data into clear visualizations and recommendations that shape product strategy and customer engagement for cross functional partners and senior leaders.
Description
You and your team will lead analytical initiatives end-to-end — from scoping and data preparation to modeling and delivery — while leveraging modern AI and LLM-based tooling to accelerate workflows and enhance analytical output. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers, marketing leads, and engineering teams to inform product decisions, go-to-market strategy, and measurements of customer impact.
You have exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record of successfully influencing and negotiating with partners and working with many groups to achieve your goals. Engaging and influencing high-level executives, delivering presentations, gaining support for initiatives and advocating your point of view are second nature for you. The teams you’ve built and managed have thrived and contributed outsized impact collectively.
Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience and a graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Analytics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field or bachelor's with 10+ years of relevant experience

Strong proficiency in Python (i.e. pandas, NumPy, SciPy), data pipeline tools (PySpark, Spark), and experience with building and manipulating databases (Postgres, sqlite)

Experience with developing AI-assisted analysis workflows, working with foundation models and LLMs, or using agentic systems for technical problem solving (i.e. creating AI tools and logic that directly influences R&D product decisions)

Demonstrated experience driving technical initiatives in ambiguous, cross-functional environments, with a solutions-oriented mindset, rallying teams to drive towards outcomes despite ambiguity or resistance

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and engage stakeholders at all levels

Mentored and supported other analysts on a team, providing guidance on analytical approaches, tooling, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of prior people management experience

Proven record leading teams that effectively collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing peers

Capable of translating business questions into the right technical and data analysis to reach appropriate answers
