Full job description

Description

Global company located in Princeton; seeks staff accountant to join tenured team. The staff accountant will be responsible for:

  • Preparing journal entries and performing financial analyses related to the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

  • Supporting interim and year-end external audits

  • Reviewing and analyze prepaid expense accounts

  • Maintaining fixed asset registers and generating related reporting

  • Ensuring balance sheet accounts are reconciled timely and accurately

  • Preparing intercompany balance confirmations report on a quarterly basis

Requirements

The Accountant should have a degree in Accounting and 3+ years of corporate accounting experience in mid to large sized organizations. Prior ERP experience preferred.
