Insight Global is seeking an Ivanti Developer for a full-time opportunity with a large national managed care organization in the Newtown Square, PA area. This person will handle the support, administration, configuration, and advanced reporting of the Ivanti ITSM platform. The client is currently implementing Jira, and this Engineer will be responsible for all API integrations and identify how Jira will communicate with the existing Ivanti environment. . Core duties involve building automated workflows, creating third-party API integrations, customizing IT service modules, and optimizing platform performance to meet business needs.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years' experience Ivanti configuration and integration experience
Experience with Ivanti Neurons or Ivanti Service Manager administration
Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL or related automation scripting
Strong API integration experience
Understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
