What We Expect of You

Proven ability to build and retain an effective team and develop, coach, and manage a staff.

Demonstrated success in a retail sales environment.

Extensive working knowledge of Branch operations, sales, investment referrals, banking regulations, business development, and thorough understanding of the consumer and small business lending process.

Expertise interfacing with multiple departments and personnel at various levels.

Demonstrated excellent written, verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Demonstrated capability in banking software and Microsoft Office applications.
Your Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience; additional coursework in banking is preferred.

Valid NMLS Registration required.
Level II
-
5 years branch banking experience with minimum 3 years branch management experience.

Responsibility for branch typically up to $100 million in size.

Participation in a community organization.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office environment. Ability to travel throughout the company footprint. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information to individuals and groups. Ability to navigate throughout the branch to facilitate customer requests and meet operational standards. Ability to operate a computer, phone and operationally essential equipment as required.
