Job Duties

Endurable Building Products is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee and drive successful execution of multifamily construction projects involving aluminum balconies, railing and architectural products. This role is primarily onsite at our Brooklyn Center, MN facility.

This position operates at the intersection of sales, structural engineering, and manufacturing operations, requiring daily coordination, prioritization, and problem-solving across multiple active projects and functional areas. The Lead Project Manager leads the project management and field teams while also directly managing projects from architectural design concept through product field installation. This role is critical to ensure all projects are executed to meet structural engineering requirements, customer submittal approvals, milestones are met and ensure product integrity while giving customers high-quality experience, and making sure project status is actively communicated throughout the organization.

Principal Duties and responsibilities

Team Leadership & Oversight

Lead, support, and develop a team of 5 Project Managers and field management resources

Set clear priorities, balance workload, and ensure consistent execution across projects

Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development through 1:1s and reviews

Ensure consistent standards, accountability, and performance across the PM team

Manage and provide performance metrics and administrative tools for tracking project milestones and profitability.

Manage and maintain 3rd party structural engineering relationships

Project Execution

Oversee projects from design and engineering through fabrication and installation

Review construction drawings and engineering calculations, develop take-offs, manage submittals, and ensure timely approvals and release to fabrication

Coordinate and manage change orders in alignment with company standards

Maintain accurate job documentation and files.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and execution

Facilitate effective communication with general contractors and clients

Drive alignment between PM, CAD, and Operations teams to improve handoffs and reduce rework

Operational & Financial Performance

Monitor project timelines, costs, and revenue projections

Coordinate billing with Accounts Receivable based on project progress

Identify risks early and develop solutions to address delays, production issues, and schedule recovery

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

Address field and site issues in collaboration with Field Managers

Identify inefficiencies in project workflows and implement process improvements

Standardize best practices to improve team efficiency and execution

Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience

5+ years of commercial multifamily construction project management experience preferred

Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and documentation

Strong mechanical ability and understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical fasteners

Strong attention to details

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook)

Skills & Abilities

Strong leadership and communication skills across all levels

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Financial acumen and ability to analyze project performance

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and process optimization

Salary Pay Range: $100,000 - 120,000 annually (dependent on experience*) *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living

Bonus/Incentive Pay
