The Pines of Richfield, a Cassia senior living community, is hiring Caregivers, to join the team in Richfield, MN. As a Caregiver, at The Pines of Richfield, you’ll assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure they receive the highest level of care. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Position Type: On-Call

Wage Range: $19.12 - $23.31 / hour based on experience

Shifts Available:

Days 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Location: 400 West 67th Street, Richfield, MN 55423

Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.

  • Monitor and record vital signs.

  • Administer medications and assist with treatments as directed by a nurse.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

  • Document care provided in a computerized charting system.

  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being.

  • Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care.

Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Qualifications:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification is preferred, but not required!

  • Med Passing strongly preferred!

  • Passion for senior care and a strong sense of compassion.

  • Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.

  • Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
