What You'll Do
As an RN or LPN on our Memory Care Unit, you will:

Provide skilled nursing care to residents with Alzheimer's disease and other memory-related conditions

Assess, monitor, and document resident health status and changes in condition

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being

Collaborate with nursing assistants, providers, rehabilitation staff, and other members of the care team

Communicate effectively with families and caregivers

Support person-centered care plans that honor each resident's preferences and needs

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Contribute to a positive, compassionate, and team-focused culture
QualificationsRN Candidates
- Current Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for Vermont licensure
LPN Candidates
- Current Vermont Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or eligibility for Vermont licensure
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in memory care, dementia care, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation, hospital, or acute care settings
