Schedule:Full-Time, 36 Hours per Week

Shift:Days, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

Weekend Requirement:Rotating Weekends

  • Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being

  • Collaborate with nursing assistants, providers, rehabilitation staff, and other members of the care team

  • Communicate effectively with families and caregivers

  • Support person-centered care plans that honor each resident's preferences and needs

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

  • Contribute to a positive, compassionate, and team-focused culture

QualificationsRN Candidates

  • Current Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for Vermont licensure

LPN Candidates

  • Current Vermont Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or eligibility for Vermont licensure
