As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Harbor Patrol in Dana Point, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will drive assigned patrol routes, monitor activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will engage with tenants, visitors, and staff while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the commercial harbor location.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, waterfront walkways, common areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity and property concerns.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and request assistance from emergency personnel when appropriate.

Monitor access points and restricted areas, address unauthorized activity in accordance with post orders, and help to deter trespassing, theft, and property damage.

Document patrol activity, incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations through clear and accurate reports.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card/license is preferred.
-
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
