Who We Want
We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Risk Coordinator to join our team. In this vital support role, you'll be on the front lines, carefully vetting motor carriers to ensure they meet our rigorous standards, directly safeguarding our customers' freight. You'll work diligently to quickly resolve load and carrier matches for high value high risk and ID theft loads, providing essential capacity to our sales teams. Your accurate and timely work directly contributes to the robust compliance framework and informs the broader risk mitigation strategies.
What You'll Do
- Carrier Vetting: Carefully review and approve motor carriers related to ID Theft and High Value High Risk loads to ensure they meet our high standards, protecting shipments from fraud and theft.
- Ticket Resolution: Resolve load-level tickets for ID Theft and High Value High Risk loads promptly to maintain smooth operations.
- Data Integrity: Accurately update and maintain our TMS with detailed information from carrier audits.
- Alert Monitoring: Investigate and analyze critical reports and alerts, escalating significant findings to the Risk Team.
- Compliance Knowledge/Experience: Demonstrated understanding of compliance regulations and experience in applying them.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with representatives and management, providing constructive feedback on carrier performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment!
- Strong logical reasoning skills, detail-oriented, with strong follow-through!
- Excellent customer service and communication skills via phone and email.
- A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
