Italic 正在深圳招聘一名电商履约与库存协调员，负责把订单、库存、补货和异常处理连接起来，确保 Shopify、仓库和 3PL 数据准确、发货及时。

工作职责

  • 每日监控订单、库存、缺货、积压、取消和履约时效。

  • 对账 Shopify、ERP/WMS、3PL 和承运商数据，修复差异。

  • 建立补货计划和库存预警，跟踪周转、库龄和安全库存。

  • 处理丢件、破损、退货、地址异常和客户升级问题。

  • 输出周报并维护清晰的 SOP、责任人和问题闭环记录。

任职要求

  • 常驻深圳，2 年以上电商履约、库存或供应链运营经验。

  • 熟练使用 Excel 或 Google Sheets；能做查找、透视表和基础数据清洗。

  • 熟悉 Shopify 订单流，了解 WMS、ERP、3PL 或承运商系统。

  • 细致可靠，能在大量日常异常中抓住优先级。
